Donington Park Farmhouse Hotel is a seventeenth century Farmhouse with a series of original brick & timber barns, sympathetically restored to create a beautiful collection of rooms suitable for Weddings, Parties, Banquets, Company events and meetings.
There are nineteen bedrooms, individually decorated and well equipped, many with breathtaking views across Breedon Hill and the surrounding countryside.

Donington’s private deer park - 190 acres of peaceful countryside, home to a herd of over 300 wild Red and Fallow deer. This land was originally established as a Royal Deer Park by King Henry I in 1102, and has been carefully managed ever since. Today, it remains a protected Site of Special Scientific Interest and is only accessible to the public as part of a guided tour.

Around the Estate, we have 5 roof-mounted PV solar arrays, dwarfed since 2025 by a huge 140kWp array, hidden at the back of the site.
Approximately 40% of our electricity comes from our PV solar panels, and on a sunny day we produce more electricity than we use, exporting what’s left to the grid.
Since 2024 any electricity we need to buy to bridge the gap comes from Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin (REFO) certified 100% renewable British sources.
We use EVs within our own small fleet, and we have 3 EV charging units available to customers for a small fee.

Estate to Plate!
As both a farm and a venue, we take a unique holistic approach to the growth, preparation and serving of our food and believe in sustaining high standards of quality throughout. Many people are surprised when we tell them about our very own Deer Park and butchery! Our venison is butchered on-site, in our 5-star hygiene facility, by our own skilled staff. There are zero food miles from Estate to Plate! The carcases are hung in temperature-controlled conditions for long enough to mature to the highest possible quality.
Our burgers, sausages and steaks are all hand-cut on-site and can be purchased at our hotel reception. Contact the team for a price list or to place an order!
