Booking Conditions

To prevent other guests from being disturbed, the entrance
barrier is locked by magnetic time switch from 11pm to 8am, but there is parking for late
arrivals, or for those returning late to the site.

This is a family site, and people would like the chance to sleep at night. Unreasonable or noisy behaviour will result in removal from the site without refund. No Camp fires, but BBQs are welcome but not directly on the grass.
Extra campers, who have not pre-booked should expect to pay more than advertised prices, which are for advance bookings only.

All reservations are taken on the express understanding that
particular pitches cannot be reserved on an individual basis. Advance
reservations are taken on the basis of available plots in normal
conditions. In the event of severe weather, flooding or other factors
out of our control we will attempt to make alternative arrangements, but
in the last resort reserve the right to close part or all of the site
and to offer a 50% refund to any guests for whom alternative
arrangements cannot be made.

You have made a reservation at this site in the knowledge that it is
adjacent both a Motor Racing Circuit and an Airport. No refund will be
given if, on arrival, you decide you would prefer a quieter site
elsewhere.

Cancellation Policy

Large events at Donington Park

If your booking includes a security fee (called Moto on your invoice),
you will be attending the site for a large event. Because of the demand
for space at such events and the difficulties caused by cancellations,
50% of the value of your reservation is non-refundable in any case.
Cancellations made with less than four days notice (see below) will
result in no refund.

All Reservations

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by letter, fax or e-mail
which must be received by 10:00 am four days before the arrival day (eg:
To qualify for a refund a reservation for Friday must be cancelled
before 10am on the previous Monday). Refunds will be subject to an
administration fee of £10.00 unless 50% has already been deducted (see
above). Cancellations made with less than four days notice will result
in no refund.
The Hotel refers to and relies on The Hotel Proprietors Act 1956.
