CONFERENCE AND MEETINGS TARIFF:

The Hitching Room holds up to 50 delegates in Theatre style, or between 5 and 30 as a Board Room. It has its own entrance, toilets & heating.
           
The Stag Room is fully equipped with an LCD projector and interactive whiteboard. It is perfect for up to 14 delegates in boardroom style, or smaller training events.

The Courtyard Room in the heart of the barn complex is perfect for a more relaxed meeting, with a private outdoor seating area for fine weather.

As the Hotel does not open for lunch to the general public, our dining room & lounge are available on weekdays, and make excellent syndicate rooms or break out areas. There is a log fire during winter months, and the residents lounge has a superb view of Breedon Hill.

The Threshing Barn is available to host larger events, comfortably accommodating 100 delegates in theatre style, and incorporates a dedicated reception area. It is also suitable for exhibitions, product launches, and evening parties, equipped with a full bar and licensed for music and dancing.

Delegate Day Rate: £35 (per delegate)
Includes unlimited coffee and selection of teas, biscuits and morning pastries, two-course buffet lunch, use of screen, flip-chart and room hire. Based on a minimum of six delegates.

24 Hour Rate: £110 (per delegate)
Includes all of the above plus overnight accommodation with en-suite bathroom, three-course Evening meal  and Full English Breakfast. £15 per person discount for sharing twin-bedded room.

Rates include VAT. Exhibition, room hire and function rates are available on request.
